IMO, this wepon was designed to be fired from hard cover. Agreed that the weapon stability mod is all you need.

Hard cover works well too, but I didn't really feel like getting into a debate with people who think using it on Gold is impossible =P

I have no trouble with the recoil on the Raider (again, no Stability mods or equipments). I can land the 3 shots (off host) on the heads of 3 different enemies if I wish to.

This is because the Raider fires only 1 shot at a time, and when and where you aim it when you pull the trigger.

Unlike the Argus who barks out 3 shots at once without your permission like a rabid canine.

If I can get the second and third shots from a incisor to be headshots, by using just the TSent's 55% recoil passives, on xbox, while scoped,  then doing the same with the argus and the AR stability mods 70% recoil control should'nt pose a big problem for anyone, especialy if they hipfire.

Hell. I can even use the incisor with no recoil control if I have to, since I've learned to play off host.

Aim the first round at the throat, heart, or balls, depending on range, then push the crosshairs down after the first shot.  Simple.

Argus with stability mod and scope makes this weapon have minimal recoil at best, you can easily control the aim and recoil to allow you to land all 3 shots on the face. Slap it on a TSab and you get extra stability from passives and double stagger from sabotage allows you to easily and reliably kill mooks with headshots at any range.

I'm not seeing a problem with the argus at all!

C-Sec is like Citadel Police and S.W.A.T. right? And they are adopting Argus as their standard rifle? WTF are they thinking? What if they were told to go and shoot up the joint, say Chora's Den or something really densely populated? Unless the whole C-Sec are Marksman Turians who have calibrated their Arguse's to perfection (and we know that's not true) than the result would be like this:

 Argus burst to the legs. Leg shot, torso shot, BOOM HEADSHOT!

"Uhhh, suspect is is down, I repeat the suspect is down and we have a good reason to believe he's not getting back up, cos his head was blown clean off" 

"God fkn dammit! Can't you people deal with the situation without killing something?"

"I'm sorry sir, it's this new rifle - the Argus. It has monster recoil. Can we please get our Vindicators back?"  

Pfft, Real SWAT uses pepper spray and angry shouting.

As best as I can tell, somebody made a thread about how the Argus wasn't half bad and the usual "lolitsgarbage" and "lolyourjustbad" arguments got thrown around.

Only we made about 4 more threads about it and it just refuses to die.
