It's easy to see why these two weapons were selected, they are both burst weapons and they both suck, but the argus sucks more. It's simply a response to a thread in the past trying to tell us how great the argus was.

Would like to see the video of the Mantis shot.  I would probably attempt to explain it away as the guy simply jerking the mouse and actually hitting the head when he thought he shot at the body.  Don't know, seems pretty strange to me.

Weird.  I don't recall ever seeing anything similar, at least not with single shot rifles.  With shotguns you would never really know, and burst weapons it would be hard to tell if you are usually aiming at the head anyway.

You used the wrong mods on the Argus. Argus without stability mod is going to suck but with it is almost as good as the Valkyrie. It is the same thing as not using a piercing mod on projectile weapons or not using smart choke on Crusader and Reegar Carbine even though these mods work great on most weapons but there are always exceptions and Argus and stability mod go together just like Claymore and smart choke do.

 

Watch the both videos. The contrast between TRASH and DECENT is jaw dropping. and chances are - people who didn't try a perfect setup right away left the Argus to collect dust forever. Whitch is a shame. 

All the Argus needs is a Stabilty Damper V and Barrage Upgrade V, that is all, how difficult is it for people to figure this out.

Why do you keep comparing these two guns? My understanding of the video annomander made was that he was trying to show that the argus can be a good gun. I didn't read the whole thing but I don't think anybody said "The argus is better than the valkyrie". Yes it's not the best weapon but there are lots of weapons that are not ideal, yet I use them, even though I have better choices.
Also doesn't adrenalin rush increase your rate of fire? then why would you use it on a weapon with high recoil?

valkyrie needs everything the argus needs bar stability, so stop making it seem like such a huge gap between the two.

I agree with his premise, I just don't get why these turn into Epic Threads™.

Methinks that there is too much hate and venom between specific users for people to view the actual subject clearly enough to recognize the merits and tenets of both sides.

Well err kwotez people do like eachother on BSN, as a matter of fact nearly all of my mates that I play with/talk to, I met on BSN and became friends with them there. I guess that why you think nobody likes anybody on BSN is because no one likes YOU on BSN because you act like an ignorant moron who is far too thick skulled to admit that he is completely wrong even after EVERYONE in the thread tells you that you are wrong and also you challenge people who you are blatantly jealous of with 0 evidence just because they get more attention than you (Sirian, Annomander and others) sure you have been right on some hackusations, but they were done out of pure jealousy with little to no evidence and you got lucky. Metaphorically speaking it's the same as doing something with a low chance of success countless times to improve your chances of getting it right. In other words, getting lucky. So for the sake of yourself and everyone on BSN, stop being such a stuck-up moron.

in case anyone don't know what happen
there is a heavy barrel which is on pistol, not assault rifle

but i agree with him that argus must needs a staibility damper V
barrage is optional for me
but if you get barrage V . even you are not turian soldier or destroyer
it can make 3 shot burst fire extremely accurate

for me cerberus harrier without an ammo mod is also suck

Adrenaline Rush does not increase ROF. Marksman does. AR increases damage. 

Actually I'm pretty sure it gives a slight boost to ROF.
