Is this at all possible? If so, how? I did a face code and realized about mars that I hated it and want to change his face but dont want to start over.

Use Gibbed, go here and grab a head morph if you don't want to make another face like the instructions below say, use your face code and that's pretty much it. Importing a head morph is pretty straight-forward so you shouldn't have too much trouble.
Here's some instructions, just in case:
- Create a new Mass Effect 3 character with the desired face.
- Open Gibbed.
- Open the character with the desired face, go to "Player", then "Appearance", then click "Export head morph". Save the file to disk.
- Open the character with the face you want to change, go to "Player", then "Appearance", then click "Import head morph". Load the file you saved before.
- Save the changed character to a new savegame.
- Resume the game.
