The reapers.
I think they were a great, Harbinger, Sovereign etc.
What will you miss the most about the ME Trilogy once ME4 is there?

I'll miss the Mako parts in Mass Effect if we don't return to something similar in ME4. Although they got tedious and dull at times, they were a good idea in the sense that they tried to make you feel like some explorer surveying/travelling to unknown worlds and making discoveries.
I want that to return but with a greater focus on making them more interesting and diverse.

i will defiantly miss the crew, i could not have asked for an better right hand man than Garus, i will miss having Liara's wit and having her as an L.I, i will miss Tali' young and energetic personality. each one of the team members had there own place in ME(well maybe not Jacob), with there own story lines and personalities. i understand why ME was an trilogy but this cast of charters was rich. kind of of sad there are only 3 games with this cast, they are going to be pretty hard to beat.

Nothing.
I honestly hope ME4 will somehow make it possible for me to forget about the trilogy, especially the horrible third part. I won't miss any of the characters, I won't miss the Story, I won't miss the Normandy and i definitely won't miss Shepard.

Helping a broken/damaged Jack come to terms with herself...seeing my influence affect her enough to change so drastically. Though this was only evident through one game and part of another and its dlc. I hope there is another like her in the next one
But yes, the crew as a whole. Interacting with (mostly)well written and developed characters. Wrex/Grunt, Garrus, Mordin, Tali, joker, liara, dr. chakwas, thane.

The characters other than Shepard. I never really felt too much of an attachment to him, since I probably played the game wrong.
My favorite part of it was the setting and the small things anyway, so I'm fine with a change of protagonist and crew. Who knows, maybe the new crew will give us more insight into the universe and its societies...

Probably the setting.
Mac Walters' recent statements in an interview seemed to indicate that the next game was going to be a prequel or alternate universe, neither of which I have much interest in it.

I still say they need to put Ogrhen from Dragon Age into a Mass effect game, all time faviorate Bioware character for me.
As for missing mass effect I think that i'll miss Grunt and Wrex the most, great dynamic characters.

This, though if there is one thing I believe BW will get right in ME4 it will be the new cast of companions.
