So after looking through my ME1 save game, and seeing the absolute mess that is in there, I bit the bullet and bought myself a new copy of ME1 to clean up my mess before ME2 comes along.

However, I was wondering 2 things, which may or may not be spoiler-ish, but I want to know anyways:

Will actions taken in Bring Down the Sky have any significant impact on ME2, or in my push to fix my mess (I'll have about 2 days from the arrival of ME1 to the arrival of ME2 to get things set), should I skip over it?

Also, seeing Pinnacle Station on sale for 240 MS points, I was curious - it is worth that 240 points, and will it have any affect on ME2, or will it just be a place to get my level up a bit before the end-game?


In addition, will the "Use X Party Member for the majority of the game" achievements have any impact, or would it be more prudent just to take a more efficient team to get the job done faster?

Both expessions will have no impact whatsoever on ME 2 from what i gathered. I think you should skip it.

Pinnacle Station is not a good DLC imho. It´s just a place to level up and get some new itens.

The last one i can´t quite answer you without spoiling the game, but, there is no impact regarding the achievements on ME 2.

I believe a dev said that the choices in BtDS could carry over and have an impact in ME2 or ME3.



Pinnacle Station isn't really worth it IMO. It may or may not carry over but if it does I can't imagine it being very interesting or important.



I don't know which achievements carry over. I think you get a bonus in ME2 if you get the "Rich" achievement but I'm not sure about others.

Well, at least I won't have to suffer through 2 squadmates I really don't care about then....but I guess I should do BDtS, only if to get the Paragon/Renegade Points and Exp.
