Is there any way to fix my Origin from crashing every time I use it? I get Origin has stopped working anytime I try to buy any DLC. Any fixes?

I'm having to run the game in a roundabout way but want to purchase the alternate appearance DLC so I can have my shep's armor look good. Please help

Maybe you can try purchasing it directly through this site? Just look at the top and go under Games- Mass Effect 3- Official DLC. See if that works

Nope it isn't there. Not the alternate appearance pack.

Now I'm having a worse problem. Origin won't start at all. I can't play Mass effect! Immediately upon clicking on the icon (I've ran in admin, reinstalled etc etc.) Windows encounters an error.

I'd sure love to play this game again EA

Try this link and scroll till the bottom. It should be there.

As for Origin, maybe try uninstalling and then reinstalling and make sure it is up to date with updates

I've done both of those, multiple times. Spent 2 hours online with EA. I can't find a solution anywhere and I'm not the only person. Ran into many people having the same issues

Ah EA... customer support was never their strong point. A quick search reccomends that you disable anti-virus or anything that might conflict with Origin. Other than that, all I can reccomend is that you try calling, since you might actually get some better help that way.

Did you at least see the DLC on the link I sent you?

I did, I'm reluctant to purchase it because at this rate and now two phone calls to EA I am unable to play my game. It seems (from what I've gathered) this last update ruined the ability to use Origin for a lot of people.

That's a bummer. My Origin is working fine. I guess all you can do is keep searching and pestering them until you finally fix the problem. If it's any consollation, I once spent days trying to get back my corrupted Collector's Edition Items. When I finally called, the man said that the previous people who had helped me had just been granting me new Collector's Edition items instead of replacing the one that was corrupted. Thank god there are a few competent people at customer service :)

I'll have to give them another call tomorrow if possible since its fairly late and see if I can get my issue solved.
