Incendiary, disruptor, phasic - respectfully. Although any ammo type except explosive is great on BW. It's fun slapping on both pierce mods and drill rounds for wallhacks

It depends on the character and the enemy faction...

If you are not an infiltrator, the Black Widow doesn't have enough damage to one-shot any of the protected units on Gold with Phasic ammo, so you might as well go Disruptor and get combos. The two exceptions are the Rocket Trooper and Possessed Abomination. However, if you are running something like the Turian Soldier w/ CS or whatever character that has a detonator power, many of those protected units can be killed with one shot + tech burst.

If you are an infiltrator going into an unknown game, it is usually just best to go Phasic.

Unless you can get headshots 99.9% of the time, Black Widow will still not OHK any mooks (maybe Assault Troopers and other health only units. I haven't used it since I got it to X) but your best best is either Disruptor or Phasic (shocking!)
