Not to rub salt in your wound, OP, but I recently started from scratch on PS3 after a long time on Xbox.
My first PS3 UR unlock (from the gift pack after downloading all the DLC): Hurricane I.
My second (just this weekend from an RP): Lancer I.

Technically, it was the RNG store. RNG is as RNG does...
My last PS3 Veteran Pack (with around 60 Uncommon Weapon Locks, 30+ Uncommon Weapon Mods & 50+ Uncommon Gear left to Unlock) dropped a Shotgun III Rail Amp in the 5th "Guaranteed Uncommon+" Slot.
At least it wasn't Cryo III ammo:whistle:
