Today I purchased 1600 Bioware points, for buying Mass Effect 2 addons.

When I purchased the Kasumi addon, I got an error message with a bad URL.
I returned to the previous page and tried again, but got the same message.

When I returned to my account, I noticed I had only 480 Bioware points left. Which means the 560 points for Kasumi have been subtracted twice.

The Kasumi addon is listed in my registered game content list however, and I can download it.

But now I would like my 560 points back. Can this be arranged??

I have the same issue


Today I purchased 1600 Bioware points, for Dragons Age II addons.

When I purchased the Legacy addon, and also got an error message with a bad URL.
Than I refreshed with the same result

When I returned to my account, I noticed that all 1600 points was taken. Which means the Legacy addon took 2x800 bioware points

What can I do to take my  800 points back to buy other addons?

PS. You should't be able to buy twice something that you already got

Hi there.
I also have the same issue.

I bought the Genesis addon for ME2 which costs 320 BW. Got the bad URL error that Erik mentioned. I also tried again and the page subtracted 2 times 320BW from my account.

I had 720 BW before buying the addon.

Is it possible to get the points back somehow?

I'm having similar problem, only with Dragon Age Origins addon Witch Hunt. Is there any email contact with EA help, because the only option for me seems to be telephone call, which is just ridiculous.
