well after 2 days of re-loading everything on a new 1TB hard disk, i have finally come to the fine tuning

i have nssclc working from PN2 but the results pane is floating and tiny requiring resixzing every compile

someone - pretty sure he/she is still sround - shared the secret of this mysterious panel mgmt question.

anyone that person - or knows the answer?

why did i put F8 in the topic?

its really Alt+F8 to make the small floating results pane appear

i've tried several key combinations trying to pin the pane - its possible since it was like that before i reinstalled everything -

i could be wrong that the person that told me how is still around since most of the active members that watch the scripting forum may very well have seen this post already

but i can still hope........

The trick may be to close it and try to make it stay gone, because in my experience that has made it appear docked in the bottom every time I do something like bake, until I finally undocked it, made it tiny and unobtrusive, and moved it up to an empty area of the title bar to get it out of the way.

Edit: Whoops, forget I said anything.  Wrong program, and even wrong pane!
