Been playing more Gold lately in a last-ditch effort to score some credits for URs. Went back to my tried & true SalEngy vs. Geth, armed with a Falcon. Even in the lobby I heard folks saying "Why is this guy bringing a Falcon X?"

In a word: stagger. Especially with Disruptor Ammo, it's like stunlock revenge on Geth. And plus, it's great for people who can't aim worth a damn like me.

Love that weapon against Phantoms.

Been meaning to test it on the Fury/Valkyrie, would be interesting to see the results.

Incendiary Falcon GI doesn't afraid of anything.

Seriously, I used to despise this gun, but it's great for applying ammo effects and staggering.

The Falcon is alright, but it could really use some more Punch...

Still, I take it you're relatively new to Gold? If your guns aren't really up to scratch yet then playing a supporting role by staggering and tech bursting the crap out of everything is a decent way to contribute. Nice work.

Nah, I used to do Gold a lot more, but I tend to go down a lot so I'm doing more survivable kits (saving up credits). Pretty much ED spamming and Disruptor Ammo-ing everything in sight makes it so most enemies don't even get near me. I've got some pretty good weapons - just not the skill to use them well on Gold. Or at least not as reliably or consistently.

The falcon is a platinum worthy weapon. I've only ever used it in one game, I think I fired a couple of shots and that was it. But I've heard good things about it. You can definitely rely on it to do some decent damage. Great on engineers with powers like incinerate and ammo types such as incendiary or disruptor rounds.

Literally whooped with joy when I unlocked the Falcon 2-3 days ago on my new account.    However unlocking the Venom last night was

Shinobu adores the Turian Sentinal with Falcon for Gold and Plat.   With tech power classes it is a great weapon.

At X it is fantastic but even at I it does the job.  Was VERY chuffed to get it as my third UR, I use it a lot on my main account.

I've come to enjoy using the Falcon and BPP recently as well on the Ex-Cerberus Adept. Singularity and Falcon for the troopers. Smash, BE's and BPP for the bosses.

Didn't its ROF get nerfed into the ground? Thats the biggest problem I have with it. It was fun with disruptor rounds the few times i've used it though.

It's a fairly niche weapon, but it's good at what it does.

My BatDept has its eye on it, but yeah, Drell's weapon bonuses would be killer.

Mmmhmm. Support Human Engie with Falcon only scores 180k+.  I like that kind of support. 

My HE has been using the Falcon for so long, she doesn't know what any other weapon is like.  She does pack the Acolyte just in case.

I do enjoy the Falcon, rarely see it though

It makes mince meat of most of Cerberus, which is always nice.
