It's in German but it clearly says that the source is from a press conference. It basicly says that Zaeed and the Hammerhead DLC's (wich comes later) will come for free, if you have entered the Cerberus Network.

thats the assumption, press has been wrong before though. im sure zaeed will be free, but i doubt a later second would also be; awesome as that would be.
