Well, Quarians would be the cleanest, most hygenic race in the galaxy. If they weren't, they'd die.

I guess that depends on what you mean by clean. In one of the books it was stated that because Quarians are trapped in their suits, when outside the Migrant Fleet they go to the bathroom in their suits and it is recycled. I can't imagine they'd be showering outside the Migrant Fleet if they were also unable to use the restroom.

Also in one of the books it was stated that aboard the Migrant Fleet the Quarians use their own feces for manure to grow crops on the Live Ships. It makes sense of course given their limited resources, but I can't imagine the Live Ships smell very pleasant.
