Here is a little trick that allows you to use any cg video from ME3 as a Wallpaper for windows 7 & 8.
It is obviously much more interesting when you use the looping loading screens videos ;)

First of all, you need to activate Dreamscene. This is a Windows Vista/7 functionality which allows to use .wmv videos as wallpaper.

On Windows 7, you can just follow this instructions :
www.door2windows.com/dreamscene-activator-activate-dreamscene-in-all-editions-of-windows-7-vista/

On windows 8 the only equivalent that I found is Video Wallpaper but the software is not free, and i didn't test it long enough to know if it works well :
www.animated-wallpaper.com/Video-Wallpaper/

All the ME3 videos that you can use are located in this folder :
C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Origin Games\\Mass Effect 3\\BIOGame\\Movies

They are in .bik format, so to open them you need RAD video tool :
www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm

And finally you can convert them in .wmv, using tools like S.U.P.E.R or FormatFactory.

Here is a video of the result ( low definition, sorry ! ) :

Where exactly do I install that 'dream scene' program? I can't find it on there.

You can find the activator here :
http://www.door2wind...tivator&ext=zip

Once you downloaded it you just have to run it, switch the button to it, and after rebooting your computer you will be able to right click a .wmv video and select "set as dreamscene"
