Sorry if this isn't the right place, but this has annoyed me greatly as I've just added enough money to get all the DA2 DLC.

Other DLC doesn't get bought, it just takes me to the page that shows me my bought DLC... This is really annoying.

I had a similar thing happen today and tech support is basically non-existent. I bought 1600 Bioware points, spent 800 on Mark of the Assassin, another 400 on the All Item Pack 1, and tried to buy the All Item Pack 2 as well. However, I got an error when placing the final order, and when I went back to try again, the 400 points were gone but the Item Pack 2 wasn't purchased. Very frustrating!
Edit/update: I was able to get this resolved today via chat session. In case anyone else is having trouble getting a hold of someone, make sure you have have pop-ups disabled in order to get the chat window to activate. I waited a very long time for a response the last 2 days and the issue turned out to be on my end.
