Get Less Shield Penalty by 40% on Rank 4A. Only use it for stagger, not for damage. It is useless on higher difficulties.

Ah, yes, the infernal career. Interrupting our gaming on the daily. Well in any case, I'll be happy to keep myself at 115 when I get there and keep unlocking stuff. I was at 1,193 or something on PS3 and that only showed that I put in more hours than my fellows, not that I was necessarily better.
