This thread would have been interesting if it wasn't plagued by LI crap quotes that make me wish I hadn't looked. My own favourite quotes are probably Kirrahe's speeches, some of Shepard's own speeches (like vs Harbinger in Arrival), and some pearls here and there from Anderson, Wrex, Jack or Garrus.

And there are dozens of both funny and inspiring quotes that don't get the top five but will never be forgotten, from "emergency induction port" to "It had to be me. Someone else might have gotten it wrong."

I love Sarens goodbye, it gives me chills everytime. To me, it illustrates that for just a brief moment Shepards influence gave Saren hope and overcame the indoctrination of a Reaper, even with the implants. It was only for a moment, but that was all that was needed for Saren to come to his senses and redeem himself the only way he could at that point. There was a lot of power in that scene.

I agree, NAJP. Just makes it almost poetic and fitting.

And TIM's final few lines are excellent and Martin Sheen NAILED them.

johnny, that speech is possibly my favorite full speech in the whole series. Kinda makes the one before Priority: The Beam seem wasted...

And I never heard Kirrahe's speech on Earth!!! WHAT!?! Gotta replay it now. haha
