The guy is like John Wayne, Dirty harry and Jack Bauer rolled into one ultra hard hitting bad MOFO. ME2 renegade Shep has so many great lines. So many.

He's also hilarious in the Citadel DLC, like when he's drunk in the shower and talks about how sad he finds it that Hanar can't wear sweaters.

Well, the last 2 I can tell you about.
Wrex/Grunt in the final Citadel DLC for ME3 when you are fighting the evil clone. You get ALL your team up on a balcony shooting down at the mobs surrounding you on the lower level. Fabulous scene.

The "I can stop bullets .."  I believe is the drugged Volus that thinks it is a Biotic god. On the Miranda Loyalty mission?
