It's not that one. If I remember correctly, I couldn't even tell it was EDI who said it. I actually didn't even know it was froM ME3.

Well, the last 2 I can tell you about.
Wrex/Grunt in the final Citadel DLC for ME3 when you are fighting the evil clone. You get ALL your team up on a balcony shooting down at the mobs surrounding you on the lower level. Fabulous scene.

The "I can stop bullets .."  I believe is the drugged Volus that thinks it is a Biotic god. On the Miranda Loyalty mission?

 the I can stop bullets was from a drunk grunt in the citadel dlc and the armageddon was from zaeed wireing your hot tub to become a bomb
