Can I just point out that a crapload of her books uses stolen art (in full or in part) on their covers? Observe:

• Draconian Encounter -> Cataclysm by Vuk Kostic
• Sold to the Dragon -> Sunset Picture by He Shui Zhou
• The Minoutar’s Mating Maze and Minoutar Erotica Story Bundle -> recolored Anima: Minotaur by Wen-M
• Taken by the Demon -> Bugbear Mercenary by Chris Moffitt
• To Love a Centaur -> horizontal-flipped The Last Centaur by Gordon Napier

Some other things I KNOW are stolen but I can’t identify the artist/original art:

• Mated by Wargs -> Obviously traced/painted over; that girl and her pose is so damn familiar but I can’t figure out what the original is.
• Captured by the Ogre King -> That ogre looks vaguely familiar.
• Hydra Erotica Story Bundle -> So does that hydra.
• Demon Lust -> Artwork appears on several art/wallpaper sites; not sure who the artist is.
• Guardians of the Maze -> Not sure who the artist is, but definitely sure the minotaur was stolen from the November 2008 issue of Dragon magazine.

The photos on some of the covers are probably stolen too. Check out the rest of her books here and see if you see anything familiar.
If you want to help identify any of the other stolen stuff, Google Search by Image is extremely helpful.
If you can contact any of the artists  whose art was stolen, please
do. (I already sent Wen-M, Chris Moffitt, and Gordon Napier messages
over at deviantArt.)

And here is the summary or whatevs of the book.

"It was supposed to be another routine reconnaissance
mission. Sneak into the cave, get the information on the enemy’s troops,
and get out. It would especially be an easy mission for Kat, one of the
most experienced spies in the army. It would, if she wasn’t spying on
an ogre’s army.

Kat is giving a mission to
infiltrate the territory belonging to one of the most dangerous humanoid
creatures in the world. Will she be able to make it out alive, or will
she be captured and subjected to the whims of the ogre and his minions?"

Lovely, isn't it? Poor Morrigan, to be subjected to this bad writing as well as that cutesy name. Well anyways, just wanted to let the community know. The woman's already taken the book down but still, it's not right that she can get away with art theft. Just ugh.

the links to Draconian encounter and sold to the dragon lead ot nowhere. I guess she has taken down those too.

But good find. If you're going to such obvious references leave it as fanfiction. But trying to make money out of it, stealing art like that? yeah, I wish she's stopped. Probably the best way is for a mod to see this and report it to EA.

wow, i like, just saw that image looking up a gif. O_- Yeah, unfortunate. The internet is all too often used to pirate creative works. One can only imagine she only regrets being caught, instead of doing the deeds.

All of the given examples have been taken down. Still, she has loads of other books and if her history should give us any indication, I bet a few of her books which are currently up have stolen art. Anyways, just spreading the word, just in case someone noticed stolen art or something.

Yeah, I know. It looks like people got to her before me, haha. (The post had a little over 1,000 tumblr notes.) Still, she has five pages full of books that are for her monster smut. I doubt they're ALL her artwork, especially with the amount of books she's taken down.

Nice and spicy little read. I like that the heroine was fiesty and a fighter. The story ends in such a way that she submitted enough to get what she wanted while still keeping her fighter spirit.

So, rapefic, then. Splendid.
