Anyone know what the "Villain of the Mere" feat does (the one you get for killing the goodwife in west harbor for the cultists)? The description only says "Effects: +2 vs good and neutral creatures", so +2 WHAT?
+2 against spellcheck?

I believe that usually if an item is enchanted with "+2", it means both +2 chance to hit and +2 damage. I'd guess it's the same here, but only works on good or neutral creatures.

Maybe you can find out next time you fight a good/neutral enemy if you use the console command "enablecombatdebugging"... Maybe.

I don't know what that console command is supposed to do (at least nothing obvious to me) but it seems the feat gives at least a +2 attack. Not sure about damage.

Sorry for the late reply. That command shows you some combat numbers which aren't usually shown, and their sources.
