No, it was not constructive because you don't even play at that level. Have you ever done a gold solo even? Platinum solo? 10 waves survived platinum solo? If you haven't you can't claim to be at the same level as I am thus you don't know how it feels for someone like me playing on Platinum with the PUGs we have today.

With enough experience taking AP classes and debate, I can tell what is an ad hominem attack. The above is one. I'm not experienced enough? Oh, right. So the government shouldn't take into account the poor when they vote on policy descisions? So you shouldn't take into account the vast majority of players when making a descision on a game?

Ok, stop. That 'conclusion" has not been used seriously for over 2000 years. Logic does not change. The premise of an argument may change leading to a different result.

I can lead the charge in gold. I can pull my weight in plat. But when Silver gives me another set of f***ing devices, my caster N7 Paladin ain't got enough gel in the world for that s***.

Soloing on enemy waves is easy-peasy. But sitting out of cover in an open space for ten seconds, FOUR TIMES, while everything zeroes in on you? I'd say I could do it, if they didn't give me like FOUR FRICKIN' MINUTES. Enemies like to charge you... right up until you try to kite them, in which case they'd rather stay here and lick the device, thank you very much. Only got my solos done through what people call 'OP cheese' kits. Very boring. Not fun.

The game is still very obviously built for teams. It just allows for soloing. They added a challenge for soloing, but only in recognition of the people who actually DO it.

Well, you'd be happy to know that they don't camp like that on objectives when you go to Gold or Platinum. Devices on bronze and silver can usually be harder than higher difficulties
