The one up to par to this one is charging into a Phantom who meleed another player, then synckills YOU.
The rest was probably all my fault and avoidable in one way or another.
That is total B.S. On the bright side you only lost 7 minutes of your life.
I had one two nights ago wave 10 devices. I was disabling the last device, in the corner, and somehow I don't see an engineer walk up and set up his turret directly facing me (see diagram). I saw it a moment later and thought I had enough time to finish the device. I was wrong. In the mean time the rest of my team had wiped. I had to take me a little break after that game.

Maybe because it's so...cheap. I'm talking triple taps, magnet grabs, syncs right out of medi-gel, the Brute's MASSIVE AoE on his swing, magic Atlas missiles...I could go on, but honestly, thinking about it is making me kinda mad.

My worst was rounding a corner to find three Hunters while I was the last person alive.

Or when op packs fail to work at the last minuteDcIhNaGv3z wrote...
There are the press A to revive moments, where I just stand there pressing A, and nothing happens. Then after re-positioning myself, press A again, only to grab cover. Then Press A again, nope, dive roll. And now I am getting shot at, so its time to sprint away, and this time it goes to revive!? Now I am dead, and the game taunts me by making me mash the A button. WTF!
Geth stunlock/stagger moments are never fun. Always produce a wtf type response from me. Game designers should never remove player input from the gaming experience, as it produce an emotional response similar to encountering lag or frame rate drop.
Most general wft moments are just due to lag, like a banshee warp going through cover, those moments where you did what needed to be done in order to survive, but lag had other plans.
^THIS. Last night it felt like my N7 Fury was suicidal, as she refused to use her ops packs even whilst getting shot at with no cover in sight. That and the game flat-out taunting you by activating your ops pack at the very second you get downed.

1. 2+ Phantoms aiming at me: ridiculous, very hard to escape and happens way too often
2. Praetorian killing me through hard cover while dying and shooting through its arse
3. Barely escaping with my life and running into a Swarmer
4. Almost shooting down a Prime behind a wall, then Geth turret/Stun drone appears at the rear
5. Trigger happy teammate shoots Abomination i purposedly melee'd/froze/Subnet'ed/Stasis'ed to avoid an explosion...and does it again 30s later.

2. Full fitness Drell with Adrenaline III vs grenades.
1. Old-school Banshee magnet hands vs off-host vanguards. I once got pulled all the way across Hydra to that cold, cold embrace.

It's usually ravager goo or the engine going for a last resort to handle connection.

Then all of a sudden I drop dead and I'm in spectator mode. No sync kill animation or anything. The praetorian sync-killed me from the other side of the map.

Either than that the usual geth stunlocked-to-death scenarios and death-by-lag both produce either a "WTF!!!!" or just a plain, "Oh, come on.", depending on my mood.
EDIT: Possibly the most hilarious really, when I join a match in progress and spawn in a group similar to the one mentioned above. Instant death, really. These times make me laugh more than anything, at least.

Ops pack fails. Leave a glowing corpse for your friends!
The phantom who melees nothing nowhere in sight of you or your squadmates, then hugs a wall. Right when you come around the corner, bam! I really hate that phantom.

Once I was joining in mid game on Jade, and as soon as I spawned I was already in the sync kill animation from a banshee.
At the first huge crate you go inside on the far left when you spawn in firebase ghost, at wave 8 or 9, I killed an engineer which still had a turret up, I went for the engineer first and was careful not go down the ladder after killing the engineer I rolled backwards and then I got magnet handed by the ladder which lead down to the turret from the engineer I just killed.

1.Being harassed by husks or abominations long enough for a ravager or scion to give me the three blast of death
2.Being a stun lock pin ball with primes & rocket troopers just to be burn to death from behind by a pyro
3. Being sync killed by a Invisible banshee
