To add: I also specced one point in lash so that I could occasionally hate-surf, just to break up the monotony.

Exactly. I used an ammo power (disruptor) whereas you didn't. Same builds, though we used different methodologies.

I am...though it'd be kind of fun to hate-surf a KroGuard, if it were possible. I might slap the Batarian Gauntlet on him next time and see what happens.

You can do minor-hate-surfing with him - his light melee does lock on the same way. Obviously I've never had anyone lash someone while I was soloing with him though...
