Mass Effect has a respectable look at this though, other than Dragon Age's women and Miranda (who's supposed to be modified to be "perfect") they tend to make realistic women appeal and I like it very much. The only reason I loved Ashley in ME1 so much was because she felt a lot more real than previous female leads in games.

I think it would be interesting if she grew her hair out over the course of the game. By the end she'd have long locks. If you were Paragon, maybe, and softened her but still bald if you were Renegade and kept her hardcore.

SuZe would be very attractive, if baldness and tattoos weren't huge turn-offs for me. That said, I think an unattractive female character is perfectly fine, and I pretty much approve.

Too each, their own, obviously. However, I can wrap my head around the idea that a person would not find Jack's aesthetic attractive. Which isn't to say the concept sketches aren't good--I quite like numbers one and five--rather, I think the look they choose is excellent.



The only change I'd make would be to give her some piercings.
