1) I didn't notice any dialogue from my squad mates during Overlord. Would having Legion along change this in any way?
2) Does Overlord count as one mission or four for purposes of the Collector kidnapping? (I was thinking of picking up Legion, doing Overlord, then his loyalty quest. Zaeed's quest would remain outstanding since I plan on leaving him at the refinery.)

1) No. Legion adds some dialogue between Dr. Archer and Shepard, but no squadmate has any dialogue in Overlord DLC.
2) Unsure. I either complete it before Horizon, or sometime between the Disabled Collector Ship and Reaper IFF missions. Overlord is listed once under the Secondary Missions tab, so it may only count as one mission. You could check find out yourself to see; just remember to keep more than one save. Sorry I cannot be of any real assistance to you on this question.

Well, you weren't kidding about two lines. Archer has one line "What about your friend there?" and Shepard "He can't be brainwashed." I guess this explains the relatively low price of the DLC: just limit the number of actors you hire.

Found the answer to the second question: Overlord only counts as one mission. I was able to do Overlord and Legion's mission before the kidnapping.
