 Say we were in the position to be able to put the The Reapers on trial. How do you think it would occur?
 What other crimes besides the obvious one of genocide would they be charged for? What kind of trial would it be like? A trial akin to th!e Nuremberg trials? Or a standard high crimes trial? Who would the jury be? Who would you get to be on the Reapers defense?

They destroyed the worlds and made them nearly uninhabitable. Life was very hard on them afterward because they stripped them of resources.

Verdict = Guilty.
Sentence = Flash each of them inside with an EMP, Flash the AI core of the Citadel. That will kill the reaper itself, and all the husks and all the nanides, nanites whatever inside the thing, but leave the technology intact.

The Reapers would at least be clearly guilty of Mass Genocide on innumerable counts.

I would think representatives from each race affected especially the batarians.....well I guess that was Sheps fault. But one can argue that Reapers forced that to happen.

Technically, it's Kenson's fault, and Hackett's fault for involving Shepard.

Just because it was not complete genocide it is still genocide nonetheless. Look at the Holocaust. A good chunk of the Jewish population was wiped out but they endured but nonetheless it was an act of genocide.

Nah it's cool. I'm just saying that the batarians could be much better off then a lot of other races. We just seem to forget that a lot round here, myself included.
