Urdnot Torsk could be one of the Krogan you can talk to on the Citadel (fish) or on Tuchanka. Maybe the one at the Varren pit?

I think that is a good guess. Also he is named Urdnot, so it is someone who belongs to Wrex's clan.

If you watch the videos, Urdnot Torsk is pretty clearly the Urdnot scout commander.

Why would he need an attorney?
Either he got into trouble on the Citadel or he tried to aquire his services for a mission for Wrex.... or maybe he was contacting him to buy some illegal stuf from Kelham. 
Stuff that the Council wouldn't allow. Or maybe he's selling information, like an informationbroker.
And the Shadowbroker was keeping an eye on the competition.
