 I dunno if it's just me, but doesn't the Terminus Armor set look strikingly familiar to Darth Revan from KOTOR? I added the Terminus wallpaper for my 'puter and was lookin at it and it JUST now dawned on me... anyone else see the resemblance?

Not at all.

I imagine Shepard didn't take his Terminus helmet from a dead Mandalorian, either.

(Sidenote: Mandalorians seem to die and people pick up their helmets often, but the head is never in there.)

So if someone has a black helmet with slight red highlights it's automatically a Revan look alike?

i don't mean in lore but general construction of the helmet. the red accents and general angular shape of the helmet was a dead give away IMO

Maybe they re-used the same model and/or concept art for the Terminus Armour.

I, for one, wouldn't mind running around the galaxy popping Collectors dressed like this:

I never said it was a look-alike... only a resemblance, much like how a father and son hold a resemblance as opposed to identical twins looking alike...

the terminus armor does have that air about it huh? haven't kept up much in the ME2 info but as far as customizing colors of armor, if you can customize the dlc armor you can conceivably make it resemble that pic.

Well, I guess there is a resemebalnce, though in many aspects it almost would be cool if there was a revan armor just as an homage to a previous sci fi rpg bioware made.

Some of the Dev's have said DLC armors can't be customized, though info changes on this place like rabid so it may not be the same anymore.

an homage would be cool... but can you really see Shep jet setting around the galaxy cappin' Collectors with a flowing hooded cape? *raises eyebrow*

The only real similarities are that they are both black, red, and very angular. The visors are completely different, with Revan's being more of an underscore and the Terminus being y-shaped. The cheek plates of the Terminus armor actually jut from the armor, making it look similar to a Greek-style full helm.

I wish I could, but something tells me that ME 2 isn't going to include T-slit visor helmets.
It's a shame, too. I'd have loved to paint the armour orange and call my character 'Delta-38 Shepard'.

I always thought that it looked like Benezia's headdress, or a Turian's face, with those things (mandibles?) hanging off of it.
