for sustains, and summons (like ranger pets, raise dead, and the like) please revert them back to NWN style, i liked not having to respawn my panther every time i entered a different area.
BIOWARE, i have a suggestion which would change gameplay.

That would change the balance considerably.
Some areas have enemies who can be raised and be quite powerful. Some areas don't. As such, the usefulness of Animate Dead varies wildly from area to area.
Your proposed change would undo that.
