As has been true since choosing EA for a distributor, official tech lies with the Game Advisers of EA Help.

Why not go for "terse" when the answer was already there and being ignored?

Then why do these forums still exist? I don't understand why you're just spamming this. Thanks for the links, I resolved my issue (More on that in a second) but you didn't really elaborate on anything. You just put links up and were like "do dis". I was kind of confused at first as well. The support was very helpful but the site you linked was a bit of a mess and that confused me about what your intentions were as well. The first time you posted the links you could have just said "Bioware support doesn't use these anymore. Check the links for support".Gorath Alpha wrote...

Also, if anyone was wondering, the DL servers are down. You can buy the points for something you want, but when you go to buy it, it won't work. I got irritated after a few days, connected to Live Chat, he tried to help me as best as possible. I asked for a refund for the points considering I bought points for something I couldn't purchase aka payed for nothing. He gave me the content for free. I don't have it yet, but he remarked that it was a pretty significant inconvenience and I deserved it for free. My account is credited with the DLC, but again the DL servers are still down. So supposedly it will DL automatically whenever the servers are back up.

They never paid much attention at all to individual problems passing through the various Self-Help forums, just had clerks keep track of complaint numbers for this or that bug. The last time that was working was with the pair of NWN1` and KotOR1 games. EA has been their exclusive distributor predating the merger by perhaps a year.
That made EA their support for Dragon Age and Mass Effect. No one ever offered the gamers any rationale for the wholesale transfer of Self-Help discussions to AHQ.
