Ok, first i am sorry if i am posting it in bad place. Second i imported character from ME2 with 100% renegade and about 1/4 paragon meters. He hasn't got even one small scar. Now i am on Palaven and my Shepard still hasn't got his scars. Not even small one or so. I haven't used the medical station in ME2 to fix his face. Is it bug or what ? I was trying to find answers on forum before but i didn't find satysfying answer. Maybe somebody suffered from it too ? Or maybe scars will appear later ? Please respond as soon as you can. Thanks.

Oh, and Dr Michelle told me that my scars will dissapear if i will be nice for other people. WUT, i don't have ******* scars....

It's basically been reset, so you just have to keep on renegading and they'll eventually come back. I guess it's just there in case people wanted to switch to paragon between games or something to that matter.

I think your renegade meter needs to get above the first bar before you get the scars back. Once your renegade score passes that threshold you will get a notification in the squad menu, although it flashes by so quick you may not be able to read it.

Dr Michelle eh? Did Chakwas die on the CB? The one time I told Chakwas to stay behind, her begging made me feel real uncomfortable. I got Michelle on the Normandy, went to talk to her in sickbay and realized how wrong it felt. Re-load! Man Chakwas made me feel bad.

Ha! Me too.

@OP: Don't know what happened... my Shepard always gets scars when I'm renegade...

You're 100%  that you didn't apply the Implants?
If yes, download Gibbed Save Editor for ME2 and uncheck the box(if checked) "Cosmetic Surgery applied" and then reload your ME2 Save, save it, and import it to ME3...(If you don't mind restarting the campaign)

Or you could try using ME3 Gibbed Save Editor, but IDK how to use it.

I believe I ran into this problem last time I played. After a while the scars came back. They didn't start 'developing' but appeared. I cant quite remember at what point in my playthrough that was, so I suggest keep playing a little bit longer.

Once you get a full bar Renegade, I think it shows up. Even if you import a heavy Renegade character, it barely reaches that point at the start.

Thanks everybody, i will try to do things you mentioned above and report back.

Well, i donwloaded Gibbed Save Editer and cosmetic surgery is unlocked but not applied (so i bought it but haven't used it) just as i thought. I hope just unlocking it haven't deleted my scars ?

And, by the way i will keep playing. Maybe they will appear, i still hope so.

YEAH, FINALLY. I Needed so much renegade and reputation points... But finally my Shep looks like real badass.
Thanks all.
