Didn't think I'd actually need to ask. Just started on a new char after having beaten the game with a DW Rogue. I have played a Human Noble tank before up to level 7 (i.e. just after Lothering), but somehow I managed to miss the whole Iona/Dairren-flirt in the Noble Origin so I decided to replay it.

Just can't decide on wether to go 2hand or S&S. Just wanted to ask you people what you prefer. Keep in mind I'm not necessarily looking for the "best" or "most powerful" build here, just want something that is fun to play.

I think 2H is the most fun to play. But that's because I like hitting like a wrecking ball. It takes a while to get good. You'll need a few extra points in willpower as you'll be talent-spamming, and the attack animations are a bit slow, but I think it's all worth it. You really get a sense of the weight of each blow.

S&S has a reputation for being boring - but I think that's because people pump Dex exclusively after getting enough Str for the heaviest armour. That is a waste - it's more Dex than you'll need. After a certain point you'll be dodging everything that's dodgable and all the extra Dex is wasted. Instead, get Str for the armour, Dex to match, and then Str to Dex at a ratio of 1:2 is fine. This gives you a little more power to your blows and makes Shield Bash stronger.
