I'm having problems downloading CEP 2.4 on my Windows vista. I DL'ded project Q with no problems and a few other hak and tlk files, but when I try to DL CEP 2.4 I get the following: This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the set associations control panel.

Strange, can you provide more details
Where are you downloading from, provide a link if you can. What browser are you using? Which version of cep (exe or rar or zip ) ? Are you using 7zip to decompress ?

The CEP 2.4 download is a .rar format compressed file. You'll need winrar or 7zip to decompress it.
