Apologies if this has already been mentioned, but despite my best efforts, I couldn't find any info regarding my country. I'm thinking about getting the ME2: CE the for PC from a local online store (Ozone.bg) and if I do:

1. Do I get any bonus content at all (both preorder Inferno/Terminus and CE special)?
2. Do I get the Cerberus Network Card and would it be fully functional?

I'd really like to know before I preorder, as it sometimes happens that bonuses, DLC content and such don't apply in my country. Thank you for your time!
