 Ok, so I'm REALLY bad at modifying games and files. I've been reading through "modding is possible" threads for hours, and testing/trying out all sorts of stuff, and either I'm doing basically everything wrong or a lot of the suggestions on these forums are outdated and just don't work. 
ALL I'm looking for are some nice outfits for femshep to wear outside of the Normandy. I'm aware of the "casual outfits outside of normandy" mod and strudelman's outfit mod, but they really don't provide enough armor to satisfy me.

I have downloaded the mod manager and used it, and all the mods simply do not work. I don't know if it's outdated or I'm doing something wrong.

I'm just after a nice variety of armor to wear outside or the normandy, henchmen outfits would be awesome but not necessary. I don't want any other mods (ie, unlimited ammo), I just need the clothing.

If someone could please just give me a working c.ini file with outfits I would be so grateful, I'm so sick of trying to modify all this by myself I would love to just pop in the c.ini and be done.
