Four months ago, when Season Passes were available, myself along with many 360 users purchased it. 5 episodes down the line for the price of four? Early adoption? Sure!
Four months later, we can't download the episode for free. Its an error, it wants to charge us again for what we've already paid for last year.
If you DON'T have the Season Pass, its fine. If you do have it, at the moment its basically useless.
Its only an error for the season pass holders on 360, such as myself.
Everyone else is golden.
I wonder how they screwed that up?

I don't care who's fault it is as long as its bloody fixed.
This doesn't inspire me to early adopt a season pass.
Especially since towards the holiday season they cut the price of a season pass in half for TWAU.
I could've waited for the season pass and gotten it cheaper.
Or I could've just waited for all the episodes to finally be out before playing it.
But this is ridiculous.

It'll be even more ridiculous if they don't have it fixed within the next 24 hours.

Funny thing is, there's no sense in really waiting. It could take a long time to fix for all we know, and given its a Telltale game episode it won't last very long anyway.

SPOILER MOTHER****ER!
Do you really think "Mr.Smith" is the killer? I seriously doubt it. It doesn't make sense for him to be leaving evidence on the front door like that. Does he have a fetish? Oh hell he does, but it don't mean he actually *killed* her. That's just Lilly, what about Faith too? I don't think he frequented brothels for her if he was so into Snow White.

The fact that Dee and Dum seemed to have known about Faith being dead before they should have since Bigby and them didn't tell anyone bothers me a bit. I'm sure their employer who was stolen from, who definitely seems to be 'The Crooked man', that we'll be meeting next episode didn't kill Faith.
I really don't want it to be the case, but if the ginger-haired guy is the boy who cried wolf, he would have a reason for having low self-esteem issues at least from his fairy tail.

I'd urge patience but people are saying they have gotten refunds after talking to MS support.Miscellaneous Mind wrote...
I can't take it any more. I'm about to cave in and buy it.
Waiting myself, probably won't get a chance to play it till the weekend anyways. Till then I'll be avoiding spoilers like the plague.

What MS does is tell you to purchase Episode 2 and they'll immediately refund your purchase.
That way you get the episode now at no cost, as what should've happened.
Thats what people that aren't patient are doing. Others are still waiting, as I am.

Well the killer has an agenda. You just don't leave the head of your victims in front of the local sheriff's door for the lolz.
It seems life for most Fables is pretty bad , the Frog Dude points out how glamour spells aren't cheap , the pig said life at the Farm was bad , Beauty needs to work in a shady hotel just to get by , not talking about the Fables prostitutes.
The only one sort of having a good life are Bigbie ,Snow White , Crane , BlueBeard ...
Crane got probably framed , Snow White had the pleasure to see a replica of herself killed , Bigbie well he has to turn all Big Bad Wolf to sort things out , and Blue Beard is a long time serial killer so I guess he wouldn't leave heads all over the place, and he doesn't have much to gain.
The prostitute are all under somekind of spells it seems, with the whole "lips are sealed" and ribbons...the two girls killed also both had a jewel which could identify them.
I don't know who the killer is but it's possible he sweet talk the prostitutes , telling them he had a plan to make things better for some Fables and made them took some kind of magical oath. And then he used the girls as some sacrificial lambs.
I've read that Jack (the new Blonde dude ) is supposed to be a con artist (could fake death?) and a minor trickster , in game the codex said nobody was taking him seriously (so he may be paranoid in private "stop laughing at me."...).But it seems he has some kind of big role in the comics.
And that's a bit far fetched , I guess.

Was anyone else creeped out when Beauty tells you you're a better detective than she thought you'd be? I almost could've sworn she was being sarcastic. It didn't help that every clue was readily available.

1) I just couldn't take the wait any longer,
and:
2) Trying to find news on Telltale's forum was like navigating a minefield of spoilers, which is part of why I didn't want to wait. I already had something spoiled for me.

In the comics, he has an ego the size of Alaska, so I doubt it.Reznore57 wrote...

Spoilers:
I don't think Ichabod is the killer. I think he's the killer's true target. Let's all recall that his story involves a certain headless horseman and a competition over a woman. So it plays out like this: The horseman rolls into town and sees his old rival, and decides to terrify him through the women he's been sleeping with. This explains the method(Severing heads), the motive(Terrorizing Ichabod), the choice of target(Ichabod's prostitutes), and the disposal(Leaving them on Ichabod's doorstep). Of course the original story implies that the the horseman is really a man only pretending to be headless, Abraham Van Brunt, so for all we know we might have met him.
