By that reasoning, so is Bigby.......but yeah.  He is very obviously.

Not going to read this thread beyond the first post since I don't want to risk spoiling myself on anything, but seeing a thread about this game on BSN (which I trust to at least occasionally have similar tastes as me) I decided to pick it up on Steam.

Just about at the end of Episode 1, I think and "Oh My God!" this story is so awesome! I absolutely adore everything about it and can't wait to see what changes from one play through to the next.

I'm with Dave in believing that Ichabod is not guilty of at least Faith's murder.

Lily's, sure. But given the slight differences between the two murders and the fact that both Bigby and Snow caught on to Ichabod's suspicious behavior when Snow suggested he should work on stopping the black market glamour crafting/selling, I think that yeah, he took advantage of the situation to disguise his own crime.

Which means, if we assume that Lily's murder is unrelated to Faith's, there has been only the one.

Whoever's behind that is still up in the air. And I'm left wondering about the "Will You Be Next?" on King St. catch I made earlier.

I would really like to know who took that picture. I seriously doubt he'd be clumsy enough to do so and then just leave it there.

Either someone else knows what he's doing or he's being framed.

I'd bet on framed. Put focus on Ichabod so that the powers that be(Bigby and Snow) don't focus on Faith's case, or wrongfully assume Ichabod is guilty of hers as well. Assuming Ichabod isn't guilty in the Faith case, of course.

Just finished Smoke & Mirrors. I quite liked it, although it wasn't perfect and the decisions felt like being more simple "be nice" vs "break stuff/people" than before. It was seriously weird having both ClemenTJ and Leebeard in the episode, but also nice to hear them again. Definitely makes me feel more sympathetic towards Blubeard than I'd have been otherwise.

All in all it was pretty short, and although I wasn't too unhappy with that fact itself it is kind of sad after the ridiculously long wait. Guess we'll never know what exactly caused the delay?!

Also, and this really bugs me, at least for me the loading time and performance issues from Episode 1 were back, and especially the latter were worse than ever before in TWD or TWAU (playing on the PS3). During a certain brawl near the end of the episode the game seemed to have glitched and left out a small part of it (involving a bottle).

Very much looking forward to the next episode, though. Hopefully Telltale won't have problems like with Ep 2 and we'll get it within a reasonable time frame.

While Ichabod is a creep, I don't believe he is the killer. However, the killer is definitely connected to him.
