I like fairy tales so I'm going to give it a try , I just hope it won't be as gore as some stuff in TWD.
Episode 2 left me feeling quite sick for a couple of days ...

Anyway a few weeks ago I bought a few fairy tales books , stuff by the Grimm Brothers etc...
I didn't remember things being so ...bloody .
Stuff like Cinderella sisters cutting part of their feet to put on the golden shoes and just bleeding all over the place.
Ewww.

Are the comics any good?
I never heard about it before .

I've been watching it. It's got a flavor of atmosphere that almost reminds me of Watchmen - combining the Supernatural with a Film Noir Style. The dialogue and mechanics are essentially the same so far compared to The Walking Dead. Looks real good, and has a stronger appeal to me than TWD.

Same here. I loved TWD, and like the Fables comics, so I'm definitely in when it hits the PSN.

Eh, I really like the theme and execution of it. Didn't connect to Bigby at all really. It is alright, I preferred the Walking Dead though.

I may purchase the next episodes depending on what people say about them, as for right now I'm not completely sold on it.

According to wikipedia, they haven't announced yet on Episode 2.

I take a comment I made earlier: it looks like the gameplay is a bit more focused on Mystery-Solving, at least from one particular instance I saw. Has a slight vibe of L.A. Noire, observing clues in a given room and trying to get the truth from a suspect with that in mind.

I'd be willing to buy this except I can't just buy each episode as they're released. If I want to buy it, I can only buy all 5 episodes for $25. And it's only PC gamers that are getting shafted here. Both 360 and PS3 players can buy the first episode for $4.99 and they also have a season pass available for $14.99, bringing the total to $20, which is still cheaper than the PC version.

I can't endorse this, so I'll have to wait till all episodes are released. Though, by that time, I might as well wait for a Steam sale, if I haven't given up on the game already.<_<

Well, there are four spaces for save files, so there's definitely options there if you want to make multiple decisions.

i think i will.  it seems like there are a few places where it could lead to drastically different encounters.  i would love to wait until i've played them all but i doubt i'll be able to hold off.  plus, i think i made some jack-ass decisions under the gun and i want to try it again.  which is why i really like these games because i can't think about it forever just rash decision making.  awesome!
