I think the idea is that Nerissa had originally glammered herself to look like Faith in the very first episode, and then put the real Faith's head on Bigby's doorstep. So she basically dragged Bigby into the situation so he'd look into their case and eventually help the girls at the pudding and pie.

Okay, that's what I initially thought. Works for me.

 

Now, my overall impression of the game? GREAT. Loved it.

But no episode matched the awesomeness of the first one. That setting, the music, the presentation, the dialog, the melancholy... I wish I could play it for the first time again.

Not crossing my fingers for a second season. Mostly because I'm afraid of sequels, but, yeah. This was good enough

The Nerissa we see at the finale is actually a glamoured Faith. In the ending were Bigby lets her go, the last thing thats heard is when Faith said "I'll see you around, Wolf." Why else would they play that if that was actually Nerissa and not Faith? Because it WAS Faith :v

Episode 3 down. I gotta say I'm enjoying this a lot more than I did The Walking Dead.

I was somewhat disappointed by the episode.

Mostly it's the pace of the story I've found lacking and the way they tried to point out everything was "grey"(not subtle at all)  I was getting a bit bored.

Too bad because I think the core of the dilemma was interesting.

   I had figured out the Crooked Men was an opportunist who just capitalize on the Fables misery.Of course it makes Snow White and Bigby also somewhat responsible for letting this misery settle in the first place.  

But anyway The Crooked Man was going on and on , and the Fables were raising interesting questions.But I sort of knew it was going there.

So at the end I just threw the Crooked Man down the well because well...dude was talking too much.

But yeah I was bored by the end and I knew it because when the frog dude was complaining about going to the farm and Colin staying around , my response was "Yeah well , you know , Whatever."

Also the Nerissa speach , I was like you know...I don't want to know .Bye.

 

Think my favorite scene was with Georgie and his girlfriend but it also went downhill when the woman said they created the strip club  , because they were bored of being controlled and no one understood them.

I mean they put some slave collars on a bunch of women.

So I stop caring about the situation.

I think she's dead, because her mirror Mary's had black eyes, and hers were red. But it'd be cool if she featured again. Maybe they'll retcon it.

Personally, I think Faith is alive and Nerissa is dead because of various clues.
Firstly, when you ask the mirror for Faith's location, the Mirror says he can't find her location but at the same time it can find Faith's dads body without a problem. How it can find one dead person and not another?

Secondly, at the last scene, when Bigby remembers all the quotes and hints, one of them is about Dr. Swineheart needing to do more checks on Faith's head which implies that something is wrong with it.

Lastly, Faith is known as Donkeyskin and is known for hiding her beauty which Faith probably did in the ending.

Well, holy *expletive*. I think I'm gonna have to watch that ending about a million times trying to wrap my head around it. Nerissa was Faith the whole time? Faith was Nerissa the whole time? Juice? I DON'T KNOW WHAT...I...QUE...SOMEBODY PLS

 

I did think it was suspicious that Nerissa would quote Faith exactly the same way as the first episode. That was mental.

Awesome stuff. Some particularly clever little details at the end there. One that particularly got to me was that if you take too long to make up your mind as to what to do with the Crooked Man, he just grabs Bigby. Before the bar saying how much time you have left depletes mind you. Anyways, I'm guessing he knew that wouldn't help his case, and that he just did it to get a rise out of Bigby, and by extension the player, into dealing with him a bit more viciously. I fell hook line and sinker for it and had Bigby rip his stupid head off.

 

And then, up in the top corner, not 'everyone will remember that' but 'everyone's afraid of the big bad wolf'. And the end sequence was mostly just people keeping as much distance as possible from Bigby. Hell, even Bluebeard was getting a warmer reception. It left a very morose feeling, despite everything else technically working out ok.

I didn't fall for it. I got Auntie Greenleaf to imprison him so he can't hurt anyone anymore, which resulted in him being turned into a crow. The ol' bird in the cage. There was some unhappy folks regarding the decision initially, but no one was afraid of the big bad wolf by my game's end.

A. Faith was Nerissa the whole time, glamoured(representing the Donkey Skin to get away from the kingdom, the kingdom being the Crooked Man's control).

 

B. Nerissa was Faith the whole time, glamoured(to cause Bigby to feel for Faith who was killed by Georgie prior, then placing the real Faith's head at the door so Bigby could save the girls).

When you think about it though, the whole thing with the Faith/Nerissa glamour fits both  Faith and Nerrisa's fable, The Little Mermaid - with her being unable to speak. So I think both are equally valid interpretations. Faith because she's 'hiding,' Nerissa because she's unable to voice her plight because she was 'silenced'.

Man, I loved this series, so well done.

 

My only issue with episode 5 was a bit of the pacing in the beginning, for whatever reason - it felt a bit off for me, but otherwise brought itself back after mid-end scenario.

I kind of just immediately thought that because I chose to go after her, which cuts the ending off abruptly. After going back and seeing the 'let her go' ending, that feels...ambiguous, but final.
