Just played Episode 1 and it gets a thumbs up from me. It feels a lot like The Walking Dead meets Heavy Rain.
I wonder how they're going to explain what happens at the end of the episode, giving that it isn't exactly compatible with the comics it's a prequel of.

Played the "trail/demo" its ****ING awesome, once its fully out or disk.ill be buying it for sure.id rather not get into and then have to wait months on end for anther ep

Same, I'm impatient when it comes to episodic stuff, I prefer to blaze through it all in one go. What telltale does for its practices is its business, but I prefer the full thing at once. Pretty much what Cowboy Saunter said above.

Do they not have the demo for PC? Was suggesting to a friend that they should try it out to see if they like it, but I couldn't find the demo. I know the Xbox version has a demo.

I kinda want to replay it to see how different it would be, but no. I'm sticking to what I took.
I'm missing a book of fables entry though. I looked up what it was (and how to get it) and kinda don't want it.

If you explore thoroughly you'll get all but one, since two of them rely on a choice towards the end of Episode One.
Just copy the save, replay the latter part of the episode, pick the opposite choice, then delete the save. The original with your first choices will still be there.

I went back and took the other path. In fact, I had to do it twice because apparently it's not as simple to save him as I thought. :/
I was rather disappointed that the other location remained pretty much the same, I figured there would be information that you wouldn't be able to get if you went there later, but no. It's all there, as far as I can remember.
I'm probably gonna stick with my original playthrough, though, and have this backup one to get all the entries I miss.

Just completed the chapter. Enjoyed it but still seems to lag after makeing choices and fighting just like TWD did.

I could give the lot of you an incredible spoiler, but I won't.
I did love the Episode, though. Eagerly awaiting the next. Though The Walking Dead is certainly one of my favorite games of all time, if the rest of the Episodes of this are like the first one was, I may end up liking The Wolf Among Us even more than (season 1 of) The Walking Dead.
