Most DLCs are region locked, I wonder if Dragon Age is also? I am a bit confused as I entered my Hongkong code using the hongkong game while on my regular US PSN account. And when I go back to purchase history (of my US PSN account) it says I bought two DLC both of which I redeemed the code. So in otherwords I downloaded from US PSN store and it worked on the Hongkong Dragon Age Origins.
So my question is, is it safe to buy off other DLC from the US store for my game?

only safe to buy dlc from the game's home country. Many people in my post bought dlc from their home country but were unable to load it onto the game since the game itself is from a different country.

I saw ur post, thanks for your reply. I think what I came to know, North America and Asia share same DLC packages. While Europe and Australia share same DLC package.
