Those ability bonuses don't stack with anything else, therefore I tend to stay away from fury domain. I'm not sure what's "best", as it depends on the kind of build you're going for, but here's a few I think are nice. Note that some of these domains may be from mods, in case you're wondering why they may not be there in your game.

- Darkness. Blind fight is a solid feat for almost any character. Ghostly visage is also one of the best low level defensive spells, and this domain gives you that at level friggin one.

-Healing. For a support cleric this is nice for obvious reasons. combine with Augment Healing feat for mad healz.

- Luck. For Luck of heroes Feat, which is great if you want a defensively strong cleric.

- Strength. The domain power is questionable, but the bonus spells are good if you want a strong melee cleric.

- Sun. Great for a cleric with at least decent charisma. Combined with turning feats you'll be able to faceroll even many of the stronger undead enemies.

- Trickery. This domain isn't anything special for a single class cleric, as they don't even have bluff as a class skill, but for a sneak attacker with some cleric levels (propably just the one) being able to bypass a ton of useless prereq feats to gain feint is overpowered as hell.

- War. With the right deity you'll get martial weapons, which is awesome.

Since many of these domains (and clerics in general) are so overpowered, I prefer sticking to the domains of the cleric's deity. That also makes the choise easier. Just something to consider.

Also:

- Time: Haste (can be persisted at high levels) and Premonition.

- Water: Evasion and Ice Storm.

- Earth: Toughness and Stoneskin.

- Animal: Animal companion (only take this if you're a (nearly) pure cleric).

- Magic: Useful for Mage Armour at low levels if you don't have a wizard/sorcerer around. Not so useful later on.

- Knowledge: Clairvoyance & Clairaudience, if you're into detection skills.

- Fire and/or Air: To feel like a wizard wannabe.

The Knowledge domain is also useful for access to the Indentify and Knock spells.
