suppose i am a lvl 10 character with 5 lvl of cleric and 5 lvl of wizard and have gotten practiced spellcaster( cleric)
how long will a divine power last with this feat?
its 6 seconds / Level so will it be 5 lvls or 10 lvls?

It would last 9 rounds. Practised caster gives you up to +4 caster levels if you have enough extra non-cleric levels.
