The Warden's Keep is unavailable on the list of DLCs. Everything else downloaded and installed just as it should (promo codes) and Stone Prisoner showed up for purchase (used promo code, though). Everything worked fine, but Warden's Keep isn't available for purchase.
What gives?

It would appear as though the offer for Warden's Keep may have been corrupted somehow. You can your offers and current downloads by performing the following steps. The offer to purchase Warden's Keep will attempt to redownload the next time you start the game.
1) Shut down Dragon Age: Origins
1) In Windows, press the 'Start' button and select 'Run'
2) In the command line type 'net stop DAUpdaterSvc'
3) Navigate to 'My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Settings' and delete both 'Manifest.xml' and 'Offers.xml'
4) Navigate to 'My Documents\\bioware\\Dragon Age' and delete the 'Offers' folder
4) Navigate to 'C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\' and delete the 'DAUpdater' folder
5) Restart Dragon Age: Origins and log in
