 You run of out of medigels within the first five waves and end up not reviving yourself 10 seconds to the extraction, when you are the only one alive. 

When you waste all your missiles on spawns and end up not using it when being gang... corned by 2 banshees and a brute.... /facepalm moment...

The max_active for Gold Banshees is two, and that's on waves 5, 8, 9, 10 & 11.

That would be a shame. I had created the topic for me and other people who would read this topic to find common mistake, improve their behaviour and overall, make for a better experience for all people playing.

I set the radius of the nuclear bomb missile to 1000 m. It wipes all of them at once.

It depends on what you're going for, really. Under some circumstances, sucking is the right thing to do.

First of all, sorry for my English.

1) You must be selective after dropping into a lobby. Avoid people with silver (and non-maxed) guns, without equipment or with inappropriate equipment or pointless weapon mods, with low (say, lesser than 5000) challenge points.
2) You must know all maps, all respawn points, typical respawn compositions.
3) You must have some tools (powers and/or guns) against armored targets, especially against bosses.
4) Try to avoid hard covers, use "right hand advantage".
5) As for Reapers, banshees and brutes are non-priority targets, left them to the end of the wave.
6) Do not defend LZ at wave 11, just run across map if you cannot defeat enemies quickly.
