-I have one quick one to be done with it :

PRS = 2.0 + StartingEncumbrance + SumWeightCapacityBonus - SumWeaponEncumbrance
StartingEncumbrance
is 0.75 for Shepard ("75"), and varies by character in MP (it is at
least 0.3, or "30" when written like capacity bonuses).
SumWeightCapacityBonus
is basically all your weight capacity bonuses from passive. They will
be expressed in encumbrance in the formula, so a bonus of "50" from the
power screen is 0.5 for the calculation.
I dont see what your SumWeightCapacityBonus
is. Passive, for me (perhaps not the case) wld be the bonuses from armor and gear equipments which you add later in your explanation. Anyway, it s like U add averyhing else at the end in the Dynamic Bonuses or am I forgetting smthg ?
-As for character base StartingEncumbrance :

I have check the builder and the volus adept is at 0.15 or +15%, if SeasonedTurtle is right.
Thx again for this !!

The idea of power recharge becoming worse at higher numbers is not entirely true.
The cooldown gets reduced by less as you go higher, but the overall damage output will scale in a linear manner.
Basically,
if your ability's base cooldown is 8 seconds then every 100% recharge
speed you get will grant you 1 more cast every 8 seconds.
Well, is it the right time to spend more of it on the DPS consequence of 1/(1+x) ?
I am going back to work
