As I have stated earlier, I'm not big on romances, but I'll take any improvement to character interaction over a different one in combat mechanichs any day. I think romance scenes qualify. After all, I play DA for the roleplaying, not for a rather unremarkable gameplay. That just comes to show that no matter what BioWare does, it won't be able to please everyone, so they might as well not even try. And I believe some people take way to much time out of their live to bash a feature that is optional and most certainly not a big part of the game, even after plenty of BioWare developpers have stated that they will never make them bigger than they are. Which, by the way, I think is a very sensible approach.

I like how they're trying to improve their next games on all fronts, even the little things. Love scenes are such a small part of the game, but it's good to hear that they're looking into how Mass Effect 3 handled it. I thought they were done well. Certainly better than dry humping in underwear.

I'm more curious as to why he rather see a fake person naked over a real human.

I have yet to see any sex scene in a game or movie that makes me horny, but porn is so damn preposterous I can't even begin to take it seriously.

Okay, I didn't see that comparison.  So sure, but in general sense?  I don't know.  DA did the "scenes" wrong, but the development right, IMO - except for the "gifts"  I don't like that at all.  I should be able to gain your frienship through a candle, unless it's a special "rare" gift - like Flemeth's Grimoire or something important to the character.
