Interactive sex scenes..with a recorded score, and achievements?

Maybe even a leaderboard...of love!

No, it's called wasting money on pointless sh!t. Or, in Biowares case, wasting money on pointless sh!t they can't even do well.

Well combat tweaking must be wasting money too then since according to the fandom both games' were awful.<_<

In Biowares case, probably. Combat in both DA games was pretty abysmal.

By that logic Twilight and 40 Shades of Grey are high literature then.

The romances are something many fans love (and demand) in biowares games.

Which just goes to show how laughable most Bioware fans are.

Well you can laugh at pretty much the whole world then , romances stories have always been very sucessful.

Well there is Twilight.

Why don't people who want sex scenes just go away and watch porn? Then they wouldn't have to worry about the romance content at all.

I never thought of that!

Porn is so fulfilling romantically! Much better lovestories than twiglight.

Haha.. No. Please find some actual arguments.

Because integration of roleplaying elements into the story. Why don't people who don't want sex scenes just skip them?

So true. Its not like Bioware is forcing someone to experience the sex scenes.

So does this mean no more awkward scenes with clothing?

Think I missed a few words out of my previous post when I edited it - I'll try again: what I meant was, why don't people who want gratuitous nudity in sex scenes just go watch porn. To clarify; tasteful fulfilment or consummation scenes make perfect sense, I'm not suggesting there's anything wrong with those.

No , but I guess Shakespeare is supposed to be.
Romances/love stories don't mean bad quality .
It's like saying stories about heroes killing monsters are stupid because Power Rangers!

So basically Bioware should just make Visual Novels?

And I'm almost certain no gratuitous nudity will be involved.

I don't know, that leaderboard of love sounds pretty nice.

Mass Effect is a good series to emulate.

Generally speaking the ME series has handled romance/sex scenes better than the DA series and comparable games like the Witcher.

From what I've heard of the Witcher even Skyrim handled it better.:P

I only saw 2 from The Witcher. They were in the second game. One of them was actually very very good. Had some humor in it too.

I knew this thread would start more endless complaining, no matter what it said about the sex scenes.

I would praise Bioware if they decided to skip out on their traditional romance scenes, but still continue on with the romances, just have that "peak" of the relationship being developed...  in the background in a sense - have the romance tie in with the story and the core interests at hand.

The only thing I want out of the romance scenes are being appropriate to the specific relationship at hand, since I'm assuming not every couple in the game with even need a "sex" scene to make their relationship mean something to the player.
