It's called giving people what they want.
No, it's called wasting money on pointless sh!t. Or, in Biowares case, wasting money on pointless sh!t they can't even do well.
Well combat tweaking must be wasting money too then since according to the fandom both games' were awful.<_<
In Biowares case, probably. Combat in both DA games were pretty abysmal.
So basically Bioware should just make Visual Novels?
they allready did. Its called Dragon Age 2
Nope.
Yup. Give me 1 example of how the player can change the outcome of the story, and I will agree with you.
DA2 places the player in the passanger`s seat. Not in the driver`s seat (where they should be).
In act 2 you can make several different outcomes which change wether or not you side with/against Petriece, how friendly/unfriendly you are to the Arishok and wether or not you hand over Isabela.
Outcome of the story.
Anders still blows up the chantry, and you have to kill Meredith and Orsino in whatever order. Thats the outcome. You also get to that point no matter what you do with Isabela and the Arishok earlier.
Which is why comparing DA2 to a VN just makes you look stupid.
Actually, personal attacks makes you look stupid. Because you have given up argumenting against the opposition`s arguments in the discussion, and changed the subject over to the other person, instead of sticking to the topic.
